Bypoll Results: TMC wins Maniktala by 62,000 votes, bag all 4 assembly seats

  • Trinamool party has won the Maniktala, Bagda, Ranaghat South, and Raiganj seats
  • This is a big jolt to the BJP as Ranaghat South, Raiganj, and Bagda seats were won by the saffron party in the 2021
  • In Maniktala, Supti Pande scored a victory with a huge margin of 62,000 votes

Bypoll Results: TMC wins Maniktala by 62,000 votes, bag all 4 assembly seats

In a big win for the Trinamool, all four assembly seats have been won by the TMC candidates. Trinamool Congress candidate Krishna Kalyani won the Raiganj Assembly seat by nearly 50,000 votes.

Mukut Mani Adhikari, TMC bypoll candidate from Ranaghat Dakshin by about 38 thousand votes. In Bagda, the TMC candidate Madhuparna Thakur also won by more than 30 thousand votes.

Meanwhile, in Maniktala, Supti Pande scored a victory with a huge margin of 62,000 votes and emerged as a clear winner from the Assembly constituency. Her daughter Shreya Pande was seen celebrating outside with party workers.
